CHECK-IN PROCESS

Upon arrival, the PERSON IN CHARGE needs to check-in at the cashier window.  Your party table will be set-up and ready to go before you arrive.  Upon arriving, you will pay the balance due including any additional guests and the cashier will present you with 100 tokens, 1 song request slip for the birthday child, 2 tickets for the your pitchers of pop and 1 ticket per guest for ice cream.  (Redeem your pitcher of pop and ice cream tickets at the Snackbar whenever your are ready for them.)  (Redeem your song request slip with the DJ)  Although no host is provided, an employee will direct you to your tables after you check-in with the cashier and pay for your party.

PLAN A - $119.95 for up to 7 guests  *$15 each additional guest

Includes:

- UNLIMITED ACTIVITES (3 fun hours!) 

Activities include:  Skating (open-close), Bouncing, The Jungle, Blast Zone, and Laser Tag

Rollerskate rental is included FREE!  Rollerblades and scooter rentals are $3.00 extra. You can rent skates, blades and scooters at the skate counter. (or your guests can bring their own skates, blades or scooters from home)

Need the perfect birthday gift?  With Plan A parties, you can add a BRAND NEW Razor or Light-Up scooter for only $29.95 (Reg. $49.95) for the birthday child.  Purchase one from the skate counter at the beginning of the party and then it can be used right away.  

- 15 GAME CREDITS + 30 REDEMPTION TICKETS PER GUEST!  Classics game center features almost 100 video and ticket redemption games and boasts one of the best ticket redemption prize zones in the state.

- 3 HOURS USE OF 2 PARTY TABLES  (Seats up to 16 guests)  If you have more than 16 paid guests, we will provide additional seating as needed.  We don't normally provide extra tables for parent spectators (because they usually just end up using the two tables provided that the kids don't use that much anyways) but you may call us for availability and pricing during your party date/time if you'd like additional seating.

- TABLECLOTH, PLACEMATS, PLATES, CUPS AND NAPKINS  (Happy Birthday theme)  Extra plates, napkins and plasticware are available upon request if needed when serving birthday cake to parent spectators, etc.  You bring the cake, we take care of the rest!  We keep candles, matches and cake knives on hand at all times.  Tablecloth colors available:  Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, black, white  (balloons to match)

- A BOUQUET OF 3 BALLOONS AND A GIANT BIRTHDAY CARD for the birthday child that all their guests will get the chance to sign.  Additional helium balloons can be purchased from your host for $2.00 per balloon or we can help you fill-up balloons you bring from home for $1.00 for small balloons or $3.00 for large balloons.   You are also more than welcome to bring in your own additional decorations if you would like and we will help you put those up as well.

- TWO FREE PITCHER OF POPS.  (Refills are only $2.00)  We have both Coke and Pepsi products.  1 cup for each paid guest will be provided.  Additional cups are free with the purchase of pitcher refills.

- 1 SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM for each paid guest.  Choose from chocolate, vanilla or twist.  If necessary for those with food allergies, ice cream can be substituted with a slushie.

- 1 PRIORITY SONG REQUEST for the birthday child where the DJ will announce their name while playing their favorite song.  You will receive a special slip to turn into the DJ with your name, age and favorite song.  (Only "family friendly" songs will be played and all songs will be played on the main skating rink side only, thanks)

- 1 SPIN ON THE LUCKY BIRTHDAY WHEEL NOT INCLUDED WITH 'HOST YOUR OWN' PARTIES!  It's typically for the birthday child where they are guaranteed to win something cool from the glow zone or $10 in cash if they are super lucky!  This activity can be added for only $5.00.  

-  60 SECONDS INSIDE THE PRIZE CUBE NOT INCLUDED WITH 'HOST YOUR OWN' PARTIES!  It's typically for the birthday child where they grab as many tickets as they can to be used to buy a fun prize from the ticket redemption center.  This activity can be added for only $5.00. 

- ONE FREE FAMILY SKATE PASS NOT INCLUDED WITH 'HOST YOUR OWN' PARTIES!   

- A PERSONAL PARTY PRO NOT INCLUDED WITH 'HOST YOUR OWN' PARTIES!

*ADD A JUMBO PIZZA (OR 2 OR 3) TO YOUR PARTY!  Pizzas are 16 inches and get cut into 16 slices.  You do not need to pre-order pizzas.  Order pizza directly from the snackbar.  It takes about 20-30 minutes to prep, cook, cut and deliver your pizza order.  Extra plates for pizza are included free.  *Gluten free 10 inch crusts are available upon request for an additional charge.  Classic does NOT allow outside pizza or drinks.  Bringing in other food items, however, is no problem at all.  

JUMBO CHEESE OR PEPPERONI PIZZAS - $15.95  

JUMBO HAWAIIAN OR MEAT LOVERS PIZZAS - $17.95  

*PARENT SPECTATORS ARE ALWAYS FREE.  Other than that, all ages pay. Additionally, adults or other non-party guests that only want to skate/bounce/etc. can simply purchase a regular priced combo pass from the cashier window instead of being added as a party guest and added to the party bill.

*PARTY FAVOR BAGS CAN BE ADDED FOR ONLY $3.00 EACH.  Each party favor bag features 10-15 fun toys and/or activities in each bag! There is fun stuff both boys and girls will love. It's the perfect parting gift for your guests. Bags are regularly updated with new and popular items. We keep them in stock and always ready to go, so just let any employee know how many you need on the day of your party. *Items vary per bag

*THEMED PARTY ROOMS - $49.95  If you chose to add-on a themed party room, you will have 3 hours use of the room.  Additional hours can be purchased for $20 per hour (if available).  At the end of your time, you will move your stuff to some tables outside the room so that your room can be quickly cleaned and set-up for the next birthday party.  Also, sometimes on Monday - Thursday parties, your 3-hour time can be adjusted to fit your schedule better even though the exact time was not available when you were reserving your party.  Contact our Party Coordinator for details and to see what's available.

Here is a quick list of items that ARE allowed on Classics skating rinks:  Rollerskates, rollerblades, scooters, SK8-mates, trikes, big wheels, wiggle cars, strider bikes or small bikes with training wheels, hoverboards, wheel chairs, compact strollers, ripsticks (oval track only), heelys (oval track only).  The following are NOT allowed:  Skateboards, bikes without training wheels, gas powered vehicles and shoes (unless you are helping someone learn to skate).  *Classic rents the following for $3.00 (Rollerskates, rollerblades, 2 & 3 wheeled scooters and SK8-mates)
