CHECK-IN PROCESS

ALL GUESTS upon arriving need to check in at the cashier window to get their wristband to participate in activities.

You may bring a "guest list" and give it to the cashier IF you only want certain guests added to your party bill. You will be responsible to pay for any guest that checks-in for your party that doesn’t pay in advance IF you don't provide a guest list.

Upon arrival, the PERSON IN CHARGE also needs to check-in at the cashier window so you can meet your Party Pro and they will show you to your party tables/room.

Your Party Pro will keep track of everything during your party and will bill you at the end.

PLAN B - $24.95 per guest (Minimum 7 guests)

*Receive $2.00 off per guest for parties held on weekdays (Monday - Thursday)

Includes:

- 3 HOURS OF UNLIMITED ACTIVITIES 

Activities include: Skating, Bouncing, The Jungle, Blast Zone, and Laser Tag

Rollerskate rentals are included in your package. Rollerblades, scooters, and SK8-mates are $3.00 extra. To add rentals to your party bill, simply get a rental ticket from your Party Pro and they will keep track of everything and bill you at the end of your party. Your guests can bring their own skates, blades or scooters from home.

Need the perfect birthday gift? With Plan B parties, you can add a BRAND NEW Light-Up scooter for only $19.95 (Reg. $49.95) for the birthday child. Your Party Pro can help you pick one out at the beginning of the party and then it can be used right away. 

- 20 GAME CREDITS + 40 REDEMPTION TICKETS PER PAID GUEST! Classic's game center features almost 100 video and ticket redemption games and boasts one of the best ticket redemption prize zones in the state.

- 3 HOURS USE OF 2 PARTY TABLES (Seats up to 16 paid guests) If you have more than 16 paid guests, we will provide additional seating as needed. We don't provide extra tables for parent spectators.

- TABLECLOTH, PLACEMATS, PLATES, CUPS AND NAPKINS (Happy Birthday theme). Extra plates, napkins and plasticware are available upon request if needed when serving birthday cake. You bring the cake, we take care of the rest! We keep candles, matches, and cake knives on hand at all times. You’re more than welcome to bring your own decorations.Tablecloth colors available: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, black, and white.

- A BOUQUET OF 3 BALLOONS. Additional Classic helium balloons can be purchased for $4.00 per balloon. You’re welcome to bring balloons for us to fill up with helium. Balloon pricing for us to fill up is $2.00 for standard balloon size and $6.00 for balloons larger than a standard balloon.

- A GIANT BIRTHDAY CARD. Guests will be able to sign “Happy Birthday” or a special message for the Birthday child on their GIANT birthday card.

- ONE FREE PITCHER OF POP FOR EVERY 7 PAID GUESTS. We have both Coke and Pepsi products. If you have 8 or more paid guests, you will get 2 free pitchers of pop and at 15 or more paid guests, you will get 3 free pitchers of pop and so on. Refills are $2.00. Cups are provided at no cost for both paid guests and parent spectators.  

- 1 SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM for each paid guest. Choose from chocolate, vanilla or twist. Each ice cream will come with a fun small prize. If necessary for those with food allergies, ice cream can be substituted with a slushie.

- 1 PRIORITY SONG REQUEST for the birthday child where the DJ will announce their name while playing their favorite song. Your Party Pro will provide you with a special slip to turn into the DJ with your name, age and favorite song. (Only "family friendly" songs will be played and all songs will be played on the main skating rink side only)

- 1 SPIN ON THE LUCKY BIRTHDAY WHEEL for the birthday child. They are guaranteed to win something cool from the glow zone or $10 in cash if they are super lucky! It is important to coordinate with your Party Pro when you would like to do this activity during your party. It is usually more fun to do it BEFORE any of the guests leave so they can all be part of the action.*For multiple Birthday children, each can choose one birthday game or you can pay $10 for each additional child to do both birthday games.

-  30 SECONDS INSIDE THE PRIZE CUBE for the birthday child where they grab as many balls as they can and put them in the hole to be turned into tickets. It is important to coordinate with your Party Pro when you'd like to do this activity during your party. It is usually more fun to do it BEFORE any of the guests leave so they can all be part of the action. *For multiple Birthday children, each can choose one birthday game or you can pay $10 for each additional child to do both birthday games.

- ONE FREE FAMILY SKATE PASS for the birthday child and their family! This family pass is good for free skating admission on any return visit on any Monday evening after 4:00pm for up to 4 guests. 

- A PERSONAL PARTY PRO to help serve your party during your 3 hour time of service. 10% gratuity will be added for any party with 17 or more guests. For parties less than 17 guests, recommended gratuity is 10% for a "good job", 15% for a "great job", and 20% for "amazing". Your Party Pro will work super hard to make sure you and your guests get everything they need so everyone's experience is FUNBELIEVABLE! Tips are always greatly appreciated.    

IMPORTANT: Although we always try our best, things do not always go perfectly and as planned. There is always a Party Manager available to step-in and make things right. Please notify us right-away of any problems or concerns so that we can make your special day unforgettable - in a good way!

*ADD A JUMBO PIZZA TO YOUR PARTY!  All birthday party plans include discounted pizzas. Pizzas are 16 inches and get cut into 16 slices. You do not need to pre-order pizzas. Once you arrive at Classic and meet your Party Pro simply arrange with them for when, how many, and what kind of pizzas you want and they will take care of the rest. It takes about 20-30 minutes to prep, cook, cut and deliver your pizza order. Extra plates for pizza are included free. *Gluten free 10 inch crusts are available upon request for an additional charge. Classic does NOT allow outside pizza or drinks.

*PARENT SPECTATORS ARE ALWAYS FREE. Other than that, all ages pay. Additionally, adults or other non-party guests that only want to skate/bounce/etc. can simply purchase a regular priced combo pass from the cashier window instead of being added as a party guest and added to the party bill.

*PARTY FAVOR BAGS CAN BE ADDED FOR ONLY $3.00 EACH. Each party favor bag features 10-15 fun toys and/or activities in each bag! There is fun stuff both boys and girls will love. It is the perfect parting gift for your guests. Bags are regularly updated with new and popular items. We keep them in stock and always ready to go, so just let your Party Pro know how many you need on the day of your party. *Items vary per bag

*THEMED PARTY ROOMS - $49.95. If you choose to add-on a themed party room, you will have 3 hours use of the room. Additional hours can be purchased for $20 per hour (if available). At the end of your time, your Party Pro will help you remove your stuff from the room and tables outside the room so that your room and tables can be quickly cleaned and set up for the next birthday party. Also, sometimes on Monday - Thursday parties, your 3-hour time can be adjusted to fit your schedule better even though the exact time was not available when you were reserving your party. Contact our Party Coordinator for details and to see what's available. 

*WE ACCEPT CASH AND CREDIT CARDS. (Sorry no checks). You will be provided a detailed bill towards the end of your 3 hour time of service and will pay your Party Pro at that time.

Here is a quick list of items that ARE allowed on Classics skating rinks: Rollerskates, rollerblades, scooters, SK8-mates, trikes, big wheels, wiggle cars, strider bikes or small bikes with training wheels, hoverboards, wheel chairs, compact strollers, ripsticks (oval track only), heelys (oval track only). The following are NOT allowed: Skateboards, bikes without training wheels, gas powered vehicles and shoes (unless you are helping someone learn to skate). *Classic rents the following for $3.00 rollerskates, rollerblades, 2 & 3 wheeled scooters, and SK8-mates.
