• What is the Birthday scooter? How do I get it? How much do they cost?
-A birthday scooter are a GREAT momento for your child to bring home!
-If you would like to purchase skates, blades, or a scooter just let your Party Pro know during your party!
-A birthday scooter is only $19.95 each when added onto a Semi-Private Party!
• Do you have gift bags? How can I get them?
-Yes! We have gift bags available to add on to any party! They are just $3 each!
-You can get gift bags from your Party Pro during your party!
• How do I order pizzas? Do I need to order pizzas ahead of time?
- You will order pizzas through your Party Pro the day of the party. Pizzas take 15-20 minutes to prep and cook, so there is no need to order them prior to the day of your party.
- Coordinate with your Party Pro a time you would like to have your pizzas ready to eat, and they'll make sure it happens on time!
• What kind of pizza do you have? How big are they? How much are they? How many guests will they feed?
- We offer JUMBO 16" Cheese, Pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Meat Lover's Pizzas that are cut into 16 slices. ($14.99 for cheese & pepperoni, $16.99 for Hawaiian and Meat lover's) if purchased with a party plan (Reg. Price - $16.99 /$18.99) They typically feed 6 kids, depending on age and hunger.
• What kind of soda do you have? How many sodas do we get?
-We carry both Pepsi and Coke products!
- Semi-Private Party Plans get 1 pitcher of soda per every 7 paid guests.
-Additional pitchers of soda/refills are $2 each.
-Pitchers of water are FREE!
• Can I rent one of Classic's Themed Birthday Party Rooms?
No, Themed Party Rooms cannot be added to the Semi-Private Party Plans.
• How many tables will I be able to use? How long can I use them? What about seating for adults?
- Each party will get 2 hours use of 2 party tables which seat up to 16 guests. Additional party tables will be available for larger parties.
- We only provide reserved seating for paid party guests. Spectating adults may use the party tables while the kids are out playing (which is most of the time!) or sit on any other non-reserved tables.
• How long will we have our host for? How will I find my host when I need them? Am I expected to tip them?
- Semi-Private parties run for 2 hours. You will meet your Party Pro when you first arrive and they will assist you with your party needs. Once the party is finished, your Party Pro will bring you your bill.
- Your Party Pro will be checking-up on your party continually. If, by chance, you need them and they're not right there, just find ANY employee and they can locate your Party Pro immediately. At the beginning of your party, your Party Pro will give you an information sheet with their name on it--keep this sheet handy as it can answer a lot of your questions.
• What if the number of guests that actually show is different from the number I reserved for?
- No problem! We will set-up for the number of guests you are expecting. However, if more or less show than that, we will simply adjust the number of place settings as needed. *You will only have to pay for the number of guests that actually show-up.* (* Minimum 7 Guests)
