- Usually it takes about 3 hours to do a party. You will meet your Party Pro when you first arrive and they will assist you with your party needs. Once the 3 hour time of service is finished, your Party Pro will bring you your bill. After paying, you are still welcome to stay and play until closing time.

- Your Party Pro will be checking-up on your party continually during the 3 hour time of service. If, by chance, you need them and they're not right there, just find ANY employee and they can locate your Party Pro immediately. At the beginning of your party, your Party Pro will give you an information sheet with their name on it--keep this sheet handy as it can answer a lot of your questions.

- After the 3 hour Party Pro service time you are welcome to continue to play! If you need ANYTHING just ask ANY employee and they will help you!

- We don't call them Party Pro's for nothing! They will work really hard so you don't have to. It is customary to tip between 10% - 20% of the bill for Party Pro’s.

- 10% Gratuity will automatically be added to parties with 17 or more guest.
