- Always check-in at the cashier window upon arriving. All your guests need to check-in at the window as well to get their wristband so they can participate in the activities. Your Party Pro will meet you at the cashier window while you are checking-in. They will show you to your tables (or room), they will take care of you during your party time, and you will pay your Party Pro for everything at the end of your party.

- You do not need to show up early, your tables will be set up when you get here. Any guests that arrive before or after you will simply check-in at the cashier window and we will send them to your party area.
