- Each party will get 3 hours use of 2 party tables, which seat up to 16 guests. Additional party tables will be available for larger parties.

- Generally you may use the tables longer than the 3 hours unless they are reserved for other parties after yours. (Ask your Party Pro once you arrive)

- We only provide reserved seating for paid party guests. Spectating adults may use the party tables while the kids are out playing. (Which is most of the time!)

- Excuding Semi-Private parties, our parties last 3 hours. You will meet your Party Pro when you first arrive and they will assist you with your party needs. Once the party is finished, your Party Pro will bring you your bill. After paying, you are still welcome to stay and skate until closing time.

- You will order pizzas through your Party Pro the day of the party. Pizzas take 15-20 minutes to prep and cook, so there is no need to order them prior to the day of your party.

- Coordinate with your Party Pro a time you would like to have your pizzas ready to eat, and they'll make sure it happens on time!

- You are welcome to bring a  "Guest List" if you are concerned that someone may check in to your party that was not invited (extra siblings of guest, parents, etc.) and give it to the cashier.

- When your guests arrive they must check-in at the cashier window under your birthday child's name. We will write down the name of your guest, give them a wristband, and send them to your party area.

- Yes! We allow skates, blades, scooters, hoverboards, and rip-sticks.

- However we do NOT allow skateboards, or bicycles. (Except small bikes with training wheels as well as strider bikes)

-Skates are icluded with every birthday party at Classic. Blades and scooters cost $3 to rent

- Yes! The price is $49.95 for 3 hours with one of our party plans. ($20 each additional hour)

-However, if you do not have a party plan, the room will cost $59.95 for 3 hours ($20 each additional hour). Room only parties will be responsible for paying regular admission prices. The $59.95 only covers the charge for the room not your admissions!

-Each room rental comes with 2 additional tables outside the room.

-Yes! Our party plans are a great value, but if you're more of a do-it-yourselfer, or don't need all the "extras" then there are some other great options for you. Check out our 4-9p.m. Mon-Thur. weekday specials on our website or our 10a.m. - 4p.m. Afternoon Special.

-You can bring your own decorations and place settings, then simply purchase items from the snackbar as needed. (pizzas, ice cream, drinks, etc.) Tables are first come first serve without the purchase of one of our party plans.

- We generally use Jordan and Canyon School District schedules for school breaks. If any grade in Jordan or Canyons School District has a day off, some specials will not be available. (ie. Afternoon Special) Please call or check our social media pages before you come.

- All ages are allowed to participate in any of our activities. The Jungle and Blast Zone have special "Toddler Only" areas. Laser Tag is recommended for ages 6 and up.

- Parents who are participating in activities must pay regular prices. However, if they are just assisting a small child or spectating only in the Bounce Zone or The Jungle there is no charge.

- ALL ages must PAY to enter the Blast Zone, spectators can view it from just outside the netting barrier.
