- We will need the first and last name of the birthday child, their age, the name of the person booking the party, their phone number, what time and date you plan on arriving, which party plan you want, whether or not you want a theme room, and a "ballpark" number of guests you'll be expecting. Additional information like email and address might also be needed to comlete your reservation

- You will pay your Party Pro for everything at the end of your party, minus any deposit.

- 1 spin on the birthday wheel and 1 trip inside the prize cube is included free with a party plan (Semi-Private Plan and Plan A Excluded) Add on $10 for each additional birthday child for both activities--or just $5 per activity.

- No problem! We will set-up for the number of guests you are expecting. However, if more or less show than that, we will simply adjust the number of place settings as needed. You will only have to pay for the number of guests that actually show-up.* (*Minimum 7 Guests)

- Classic accepts all major credit cards and cash. Checks are NOT accepted!

- Always check-in at the cashier window upon arriving. All your guests need to check-in at the window as well to get their wristband so they can participate in the activities. Your Party Pro will meet you at the cashier window while you are checking-in. They will show you to your tables (or room), they will take care of you during your party time, and you will pay your Party Pro for everything at the end of your party.

- Our slogan is, "You bring the cake, we'll take care of the rest!" Classic has almost everything you might need for a birthday party. (Cups, Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Candles, Cake Knives, Balloons, Etc.)

- Yes, you can bring in your own decorations.

- We do not allow outside pizza or drinks, but other food items are allowed.

• What day of the week tends to be the least busy? Is there a discount for parties held on the weekdays (Mon-Thur)?

- Certainly weekdays (M-Th) tend to be less busy than the weekends. However, due to the many groups (schools, churches, etc.) that have parties at Classic, any day of the week can get busy. Call our reservation line at any time and we'll give you our best idea as to how busy any given session might be. (801-255-3535)

- Any party held on a Monday - Thursday will receive $2.00 off regular party plan pricing per guest.

- We try to personally answer every phone call as they come in. (Even past our normal office hours--M-F 9am-7pm) Often times we are on the other line when you call. If this happens, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. (Always within 24 hours) If you have done this and still haven't heard back from us, it is most likely because we couldn't understand your message (ie. heard the phone number wrong.) Please keep trying, and of course leave clear, concise messages always repeating your name and phone number. Thanks!

- These activities come free with Classic's Party Plans (excluding Semi-Private Plan)  but may be purchased  for $5 (choose 1) or $10 for both.

- At least a day in advance for weekday parties and a week or more for weekend parties. In order to get a specific Themed Birthday Party Room at a specific time, you may need to book a couple of weeks in advance, especially for Saturdays. Also, our Semi-Private Saturday morning parties book-up fast and may also require your reservation a couple weeks in advance.
